Here’s some video of a Crawfish River section which was a far more interesting paddle than I ever expected. The first half is narrow and intimate with easily-navigable deadfall followed by a section strewn with boulders, boulder gardens, and delightful riffles. The second half transitions to a broad and deeper body of water more typical of the Crawfish. (Adjust to 4k for the best picture.)

September 19, 2023 at 10:31 pmThe truss bridge at the takeout is the old Ninabuck Rd bridge. After removal it laid in a field for years at T & 60 before being installed at its current location.
